Churches in Longhoughton Parish

St Michael & All Angels
St Peter & St Paul

North End Longhoughton Alnwick
(01665) 577456

St Peter and St Paul's church is a grade 1 listed building, dating from the 11th century. It has a beautiful early Norman chancel arch and a strong Norman tower. The parish is in the same benefice as Howick, and is linked in plurality to the benefice of Alnmouth and Lesbury. It is a small church but is active and offers a warm welcome to newcomers and visitors. Since September 2020 the parish has been in vacancy, and presentation to the living has been suspended.  We are waiting for further details about the future structure of our parish and benefices.  However our normal services and activities are continuing as normal. Please address any queries to the churchwardens (Andrew Willmott: 01665 577456 and Simon Rippon: 01665 577385) or see the group website www.alnandcoastland.org</span>
